How can one physically consume that Quadruple Bypass burger? That's what I want to know.

That's what you'd call a knife and forker.

We have a burger place around here called The Thurman Cafe, and they have the absolute best burgers I've ever had. All of them are enormous, and they're generally more interesting than just cheeseburgers. When they did a Columbus show for Man vs. Food, the eating challenge was doing the Thurmanator.

Boy I'd like to be served by one of those hot nurses!

This place vaguely reminds me of Fuddruckers, which is another type of burger place that's known for it's huuuuge burgers. The Quadruple Bypass has 4 1/2-lb patties, but Fuddruckers offers single patties that are 1-lb each. It's pretty hard to eat.

Also, to answer your questions, koopa: like Denic said with knife and fork, or you can pick up and eat each patty separately (as seen in the video). It's gonna be messy, and delicious, no matter how you do it!

EDIT: I just did some more exploring on the website. Apparently, if you weigh over 350 lbs, you can eat as much as you want, free. That's a pretty irresponsible promotion, if you ask me.

Keep feeding the fatties til they die. If they can't control their eating or health, how will they defend our country when those dirty cannucks invade?

Oh and best burgers are at Mr.Bartley's Burger Cottage, in my opinion. Located in Harvard Sq. near my office (can't do this more than once a week.)

If you're looking for a giant burger, check out Eagles Deli. Also featured on Man vs Food, their burgers are okay, but christ they make a large one.

After seeing that ep, I really want to try Eagles Deli. Just a normal burger though, I'm not a machine.

Eh, egales isn't the best beef / burger. Just biggest.

If you want best, Mr.Bartley's Burger Cottage for sure. Simpily amazing burgers. (granted you have to like juicy burgers... some people don't like them b/s they prefer a flat patty.)

Juicy is a prereq. I think this post yesterday subconciously fueled my desire for burgers, which made me call my friends and tell them to buy charcoal, because I was bringing some meat over.

And I didn't mean patties, HEY-O.

Peanut butter glazed donuts topped with bananas and bacon.

There's only one word that I can use to properly respond to this discovery:
WTF!?!

This one made me laugh, though:

MEATCAKE! (that's mashed potatoes and catchup as "frosting")

This one also got me chuckling:

It's a pizza topped with... pizza.

This one is hilariously full-stop disgusting:

And finally, Chocolate-covered Bacon:
